At Charity Wines, we strive to help as many charities as possible through our programs. Charity Tastings provides an easy and unique way for organizations to raise funds for their worthy causes. The Charity Tastings program is a complete packaged program providing the tools, tips and resources to host a successful wine tasting fundraising event.
Each Charity Tastings package comes complete with:
- One bottle of each varietal (total of six varietals).
- A laminated "sales sheet" with a detailed description of each wine being served - to be used at the station where the wine is being served.
- 15 full color event programs detailing the featured wines of the event.
- A simple food pairing suggestion list to assist you in food selection for each varietal being served.
- 25 order forms for anyone wishing to order any of the wines offered.
- Tips and Tricks for making the most of your event complete with step by step instructions on setting up the event.
- An envelope addressed to Charity Wines to forward the order forms at the conclusion of the event.
Each package will serve approximately 12-15 guest sample tastings.
How It Works:
- Purchase the Charity Tastings Package
- Sign and return the waiver form to Charity Wines
- Receive your package
- Host the event with the help of our "tips & tricks" enclosed in the package
- Collect the order forms with payment information and/or checks (NO CASH MAY BE ACCEPTED)
- Mail forms with payment information and/or checks to Charity Wines for fullfillment
Once the order forms are submitted to Charity Wines for fullfillment, our retail partner, Event Wines will process and ship all the orders within two weeks. We will then send a check to your organization for 30% of all the wine sales collected including a 30% rebate on the tasting package purchased originally.
